The guy's name is Carlos Slim. I think it's due to the exchange rate and the currency rate along in what Slim invested in that made this change. May i remind you, Mexico is still developing. 90 years ago, the U.S. was not dominating, U.K. was. China was just in the midst of getting rid of dynastic governments and financial instabilities and incompetency. Look how the tables have turned. We should wait and see how this will turn out.
