middle east, what should i do before i go, and when i give birth how can i do it mean to bring my son with me. do i need to go to Canadian embassy, please advice.

A child born to a citizen is automatically also a citizen, regardless of where the birth takes place. ~

The child may not necessarily be automatically granted citizenship. He may be considered a "landed immigrant" and require the sponsorship of the parents under the family re-unification program, or he may need to formally apply for citizenship when he/she is 18.
