I ned to renew my passport. Usually I would have been able to do it in New Orleans but they flooded for the hurricane and moved. Does anyone know where I am suppose to go??

From looking at the French consulate website, and dusting off my rusty French, it looks like anyone who normally used the New Orleans consulate should use the Houston consulate.
