Waiting for green after being interviewed two years ago?

I was told that the green card was going to arrive in about two months. that they were just waiting for the FBI files to clear. I keep calling and nothing happens. Can anyone help, please

Answer:
Write a letter inquiring the status of your green card. If you live near the USCIS Office that handles your case go there and ask.**
get InfoPass and and go down there and demand answers. I did and i dint have a lawyer , am a happy citizen now.n
the lady that looked up my case, even said like my case looks likes it just stalled, i filled out a form to request status and next thing you know, i had a letter to come in in the mail.
