He personally can't deport him. Talk to the agency that issued the visa so they can explain what rights he has.
your boss can't deport anyone, unless he's with the INS. all he can do is tell the INS your b/f should be deported, but you can speak on his behalf
marry the boyfriend, join the union and tell the boss you're the one calling the shots
Have your boyfriend look for a new job that does not have any strings attached.
This is a very touchy situation.Unfortunately,I think you and your boyfriend are just going to have to grin and bear it regarding the apartment.You know very well if you move out the boss will jeopardize his visa just for spite.And since he's the one who got him the visa in the first place,he doesn't really have the option of quitting the job.
your boss would be a cold-hearted bastard. I don't know if he can do that, get in contact with lawyer or someone who would know more about this issue.
