well i live in the USA in arizona and we have a problem with our neighbors,. the same person has owned the house for two year, who is a coyote, this is someone that smuggles illegal immigrants from mexico for a price. in that house right now are maybe 30 people, but it always changes, we know the "next roster" of people is in when we see the van pull up. now you might think how can this happen? yes, we live in the ghetto,are hispanic and there is an unspoken code, don't ask don't tell because they're you're people if that make sense. and we feel bad for the mothers and children who stay there. ok, now here is the question i am writing about............ some of them are quiet and keep on the low for obvius reasons, but, a group of like seven guys are obnoxious. first, they play loud music out of their pickup truck all doors open for most hours of the day. it isn't just loud but extremely, like when we try to sleep during the week for work, i am running out of space so i will type more,.

Make a call to ICE; then a call to the FBI. The FBI should launch an investigation into you local police department. There are a number of departments along the Mexican border that are paid so to speak by the coyotes and the Mexican government to loo the other way.
Call ICE and your local police.
Call the INS.

Call ICE your local police and the TV News. in case that they don't do their jobs.
You have to turn them in. Are you illegal also? Is that really why you are in this mess?
Call child protective services about the children, and they WILL investigate!. If the police are not doing their JOB,which is to arrest CRIMINALS (which these people are) then tell them you are going to REPORT them to Arizona P.O.S.T.! That will do the trick!
Okay, find a way to send us the address and we'll send out investigators who will get the situation resolved -- probably not to your liking because we don't have the same concern for lawbreakers as you do. In the alternative, go to Wal Mart -- known for catering to illegals. Get a cheap camera, or get a cheap digital camera and take pictures of all this happening. Take pictures of the address, the local newspaper with the day's date, and any other identifying information and then e-mail it to ICE anonymously. If you can't e-mail it anonymously, then save it to disk, CD, or go to Wal-Mart and print out the pictures and then mail them off to ICE anonymously via snail mail. Lawbreakers, regardless of whether or not they have children, should not be allowed to run free and continue to subvert the country. You need to call INS and keep calling if they keep ignoring you. This is not right. Some immigrant bring crime into the United State and also they carry lot of diseases too. Your family and your neighbors are the ones who are paying the price. Put a STOP to this as soon as possible. GOOD LUCK
All you have to do is call the police. They are obviously undesirable people, and you have a right to live in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Let the police do their job, they'll know what to do.
Go to the website www.ice.gov and look up your local ice office. Tell them you have information about a group of smugglers and you suspect they are drug smugglers (many of these coyotes do this). Write all the information down. It might help if you know specific names, addresses, license plate numbers, etc. Keep calling and ask for a supervising special agent if they don't respond, keep bugging the guy and tell they exactly when and where they can find the coyotes with a house full of people. If that doesn't work, go to the border patrol and give them your information. The border patrol might be more willing to do an investigation if they think drugs are involved.
