Canadian Citizenship?

Odd question I know.

I am a Canadian Citizen through applying for citizenship in 1984 when I was 18 (I had been living there since 1979 under landed immigrant status).

I married a UK citizen in 2003, do they qualify for Canadian Citizenship through my own, or would I have to 'sponsor' them?

Answer:
No, this does not make her a Canadian citizen, marriage never qualifies a spouse as a citizen in the home country.
You will have to sponsor her and this could take a while (8-16 months)
There are special exception for UK citizen, inquire at your Immigration Canada office.
