Your first step is filing the I-130 ($190) if you file after you're married; or I-129F ($170) if you file before you're married. I-765 - Employment Authorization, $180
Then you must also take care of finger printing, last time I checked that cost $70.

If you dont have a difficult case (overstay from a previous visa etc) you can do it on your own and save your money
