Well long story short im 17 and failed all my courses last semester and was told i will have to be a super senior meaning extra year of highschool.But I would rather move to europe mostly slovakia my question is is it very hard to get a job in europe without diploma and what are the steps for me going there I have the money to get there.Also im from america.

Be advised, unlike USA, Slovakia requires you to speak their language. Should that already be the case:
Shame that you could not hack it as an American. Better luck there, where I'm sure you won't have much to offer in the job skill market and I doubt they've got welfare, much less any free health care waiting for you.

I don't think your diploma counts much for over there. What counts is your legal papers that you have the right to either immigrate to their country or a work permit.
Dude, you're almost done. Just graduate then move. That way when you come back in 6 months or whatever, your foundation to hit the ground running with jobs/college is solid.
Join the army. Hopefully you'll get stationed in Germany, maybe Italy. More than likely Germany.
