Answer:
You're expecting serious advice from this bunch of jokers? *grins* I have to admit this is the worst I've seen them in awhile.

UK Visas says:
Recent bank statements or savings books for your sponsor and evidence of your sponsor's employment in the UK, which could include payslips to show what financial support you have.
Evidence of your accommodation, such as a mortgage agreement or rental agreement, and evidence that you and your dependants can stay in this accommodation if it is rented or provided by your local authority.
Letters from you and your sponsor that are relevant to your application.
Evidence that your sponsor is settled in the UK. (This can be a copy of their passport or registration certificate that has been confirmed as a true copy, in other words 'certified'.)

I suggest you have a look at the website listed (I've only given a small snippet) and make sure all documents are certified.

BTW I think your writing skills are fine. You forget to capitalize the "I" and used "2" instead of "to" but they're quite good (note that my English isn't that great either *grins* ).
i think you should live in singapore..
Why don't you join him in Singapore? you would probably both be happier there if it is his home territory.
Wherever you live you should find an immigration advisory service probably under the auspices of a Voluntary Services Association. They have a long history of this kind of stuff.
asking for help in a forum of trolls?
I guess you are another one of them!
Go to a good immigration lawyer. The Citizen's Advice Bureau may help you to find one.

The home office are interested in two things, that his claim is genuine, and that when he comes here he will not be queueing up for benefits

What you have to be certain about is that he really wants to come here. It is more common for the wife to join the husband, rather than for the husband to join the wife.
go to immigrate2us.net, you will probably find some help from people who care and know what they're talking about.
Sorry we're full, he'll have to stay in his own country.
As long as you are working and have your own accommodation it should be OK. He needs to apply for a spouse visa; after two years here he could apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain, and then for UK citizenship.

You have already been given the link to the UK Visas website; the application is relatively straightforward, nevertheless I would recommend getting professional advice as any mistakes can make life extremely difficult. If everything is normal, the application should only take a couple of months to process. I don't think you need to write a letter of sponsorship as such, but just a note to confirm what is in his application - that you are married, that you want him to come and join you here, that you are able and willing to support and accommodate him. You may be called to an interview to verify everything.

Like I said, take advice from a CAB or from a solicitor, especially if there is anything awkward in his application.

Good luck.
where did you get married? How long ago? How long have you been together (maybe less relevant). What do you do? All this info will be required by the Entry Clearance ( visa issuing officer in SGP). Once your husband is granted an EC ( spuse entry cleranance - which is valid for 2 years and with no recurs to public funds - which means no benefits) he can come over any time. You need to be in full time employment because he is not allowed to claim benefits- not even through you! He will be allowed to work!
Go to:
www.iasuk.org

From the website find your local IAS office, you can drop in or for free advice some areas have a helpline. They will tell you what you need to submit- I've found them really helpful.
For a sponsor letter, you're pretty much just stating: where/how/when you met
how you've kept in contact
your plans for the future (eg you plan to live together, where, if he'll work...)
plus any details on papers you're submitting.

Good luck
The most amazing thing about migrants, and even further, decendants of migrants that were born in the UK but never bothered to learn the language.
seek independant Immigratory advise on how your letter should be written as it has to worded correctly so as to satisfy the ECO. You also need more documentation than what the embassy ask for. You need to prove you relationship is genuine and loving.
