Will I be refused entry to the USA ?
Answer:
Are you kidding? We welcome every thug, thief and poorly educated peon that Mexico can produce. How could we reject you. The United States loves to let riff-raff like you in so our society can deteroriate more quickly. Come on in, we need more criminals.
They should but they wont..
i donot think you will be refused but check with a LEGAL help
i do not know but you better be honest bc you do not want to lie on aplication like that bc then if they do allow you in and found out you lied you will be in heaps of trouble. It should say arrested and convicted on it though shouldn't it. Anyway the best bet is to be honest.
I believe that so long as you are truthful in your answers and you were not convicted of any crimes (or didn't plea bargain), you should be o.k.
Not necessarily. As I said in my previous answer, if you have any paperwork to show you were not convicted (and assuming the offense was relatively minor) you would have to get a poor Immigration Officer on a bad day to get turned away.
No, that is not an end all for admittance. It will delay your entry, however. If you don't answer truthfully, and they discover this you will not be admitted.
being arrested without a conviction means you will need to add a page showing the disposition of the arrest. if you beat the charge them it should not affect your entry into the USA
OOPPPS. You really need to consult an immigration attorney. Under the constitution of the U.S.A., you are not guilty untill proven so, in a court of law.
That being said, the uscis rules / regulations/ and immigration laws are subject to, and do, change from time to time.
However, www.uscis.gov might be able to answer your question. Try this FIRST.
Tio Wil
