I blame no one for what I don't have but myself. I'm white and American and view myself as a descendant of "illegal" immigration to what we now call America by European "explores."
I'd say that the types of people that you're talking about exist in all racial groups. So I think the general meaning of your question is really "Why do people blame others?" And the answer to that is simple, because its easier to do then own up to it.

Because they're bitter,insecure,and jealous.I've seen other cultures display this behavior also,not only whites.

Well, white people need jobs too. I and many others I know have been ignored by places that were hiring only hispanics (preferrably illegal). On the other hand, I used to work for this rich, mean, stupid woman who thought that all black people were lazy and thieves. She wasn't discriminating against me but I was just as offended as if she had, because I know how it feels to be judged and denied opportunities based on skin color.
the first two answers explain it all, jealousy like my girl said in the third answer. The first two people are definitely trying to pass the blame game by saying that it's particularly minorities that do the blaming on white. Get the picture, if you dont something is wrong with you!

There are over 40 million Mexican Americans in the US-
most have been in the US since the 1800's or sooner. Plus there are Colombians, Puerto Ricans and Cubans etc... that are also legal citizens of this country.
Most have been here longer then many of the white folks in this country. But that is besides the point.
When you paint the picture of illegal immigration as a Latino thing you immediately start off on the wrong foot.
If this country has a population of 300 million and of that
about 65 Million are Legal Latinos then you have to see that you can't paint a Latino as an illegal and get any further then that.
Stop putting it all on the Mexicans. How bout we focus on the issues and stop trying to fix it so that brown people appear to be the problem.

Anyway, I think you have you question backwards...from what I always hear, it is the minorities crying about what they don't have. So, you may want to re-phrase that. I'm white, proud of it, and only blame myself when I do not meet certain goals. I work hard and usually do accomplish what I want.
What some whites mean by that is the special treatment for minorities. There are all kinds of scholarships and stuff for people of minorities. That will change within the next 100 years though due to population changes and some races no longer being the minority. Anybody who cries though can work for what they have...I do and don't want anything from anyone.
It is about time that anyone of any stupid race who feel they don't have what they deserve do the same thing.
