Hi everybody, My pitition have been approved from the US Department of Homeland security for immigration visa (SI1) Iraqi translator Visa, but when I went to my interviw at the US embassy in Amman they gave me a 221G form and told me that my case need more Administrative process and thats will take from 4 to 8 weeks, I've completed the 8th week and still didn't get any respond from them, do any body know what the chances of getting my visa..? Your help is appreciated

All you can do is keep following up, unless you know someone in the US who can write to their Senator to look into it. (The Senator won't but his/her staff will send a letter to immigration and the letters do seem to at least provoke a status report.)
I am sure it is a delay in the background check. That is where the backlog seems to be these days.
