How Long dose it take to have the passport for the newborn baby?

i am waiting for my baby this month and i am planning to travile after delivey.

Answer:
You do need a passport.

As soon as you get the birth certificate you can go to the Post Office and process the application. Make sure your husband is there with you because both parents need to submit the application together. If you use priority processing and use express mail to send and receive the passport it will take 7 to 10 days.
you don't need a passport anymore, a birth certificate is OK
