People say Illegals take away from the Government. However, wont you agree that Illegals don't have the opportunity to file a tax return? IN FACT! It has being proven by the SSA that there are MILLIONS upon MILLIONS of dollars that are direct contributions by illegals that will never get the chance to seee that money?

Answer:
1. Of course they can file a tax return, using a foreign tax number or (where they overstayed) using their own expired social security number, and according to studies, about half of them do. Even foreigners who DON'T live in the US can and must file US tax returns if they have US source income, which is why those tax numbers exist.
2. However, those to poor to pay their own way need to be limited because we pay the rest and the difference comes from our children's education funds and health care for our sick. 3. We give out more immigrant visas per year than any other country in the world - between one and two million per year. We are not stingy. However, when does it become the duty of their home countries to provide basic services for them, rather than our duty?
4. I am fairly certain that limiting your questions to a single answerer is against community guidelines and I suggest you not do that. I would prefer you just state your questions, instead of calling me out. You can't compell me to answer them, but if they are thoughtful, I would tend to do so, in any event.
The latest stats show that for every dollar that an illegal puts into the system they take out 6. In the costs that we have to absorb.

illegals file taxes and get earned income credit every year that these criminals don't deserve. jail them, deport them, execute them!
They do pay money into the tax structure. mainly because many illegals gain jobs through using false paper work like false SSN's and what have you. But that still is not as much as they use. Currently the taxpayers spend 26 billion on illegals and illegals contribute about 16 billion so it leaves a net loss of 10 billion or about 3 percent of our total deficit.
