Illegal immigrants and police vs you?
you walk in the street after 1 minute
you see 50 illegal immigrants protest in the street
yelling " stop racism,white pigs" etc etc etc
you go there and ask them to stop and leave
in the same time the police arrive but they don't approach
the 50 illegal immigrants they come to you and arrest you
this is the common strategy of our police
is better arrest the single man
instead arrest 50 illegal immigrants

This situation is probably has to do with a limited number of police on location. Way less than fifty at a guess. By arresting you they defuse a riot and keep you safe in a situation where they lack the manpower to secure your safety by arresting the illegals. Also your city council may be putting pressure on them to not get involved with immigration.

Counter protesters go to marches and protests all the time. And believe me, I do not like holding back people during an illegals march or a KKK demonstration, but if those groups have a permit, then they have the right to be there.
If you cross the police line and approach the protesters, would you rather that I take you away from the situation before it gets out of control, or try to quell the riot that will ensue when the 50 illegals jump you and start beating you to death? Once it is a riot, I may not be able to protect you because I may not be able to get to you.
No I don't agree with it and I have seen it happen. I suppose from their stand point I'd rather deal with 1 person who most likely will cooperate than a crowd of nut-jobs looking to fight.
I saw that video where they busted the white guy for giving the illegals the bird. He didnt say a word and they jerked him out of his car and slammed him to the pavement. His face was bloody . Funny the anti police illegals dont say nothing about that

First off how do you know the people that are protesting are illegal? Did someone do a prior check to make sure of their legal status in this country? The Darfur DC march/protest had people coming in from other countries.
Majority of protest are done by having a permit, most people who do not have a permit will be told to move or to get a permit. This permit varies from cities and states and countries. Depends how it is set up. Most people who ask for these permits are organizations, of various sorts.
Second why are you going up to a group of protesters? Even though you might agree or disagree with what they are saying. If they have the proper permit to protest they should do so. This is granted under the First Amendment, under Free Speech Zones. Free speech zones are areas set aside in public places for political activists to exercise their right of free speech as an exercise of what is commonly called "TPM" or "time, place manner" regulation of speech.
Third if these people have the proper permits they have the rights to basically yell anything that they so please. The KKK and other extremist groups also have this right, even though what they are saying is well not correct.
Under well-established First Amendment law, organizations such as the Klan have a right to speak, and public officials are obligated allow that speech to go forward on public property.
What is your reason for the police to arrest you? Did you verbally threaten people? Did you not leave the area when the police asked you to? Did you cross the protest line? The police do not go around arresting people, because a person standing by does not agree with the group of people protesting. You actually have to do something for the police to arrest you.

No and it's discriminatory. LAWSUIT? Illegal aliens spit at us during a counter demonstration and the police did nothing to them. We weren't allowed near them, but they walked on our side of the line and spit at us and nothing was done. We also had a permit.
