My dad's green card was stolen 3 years ago, and now his status is still checking for some terrorist stuff because he lost it. Actually says so in the letter, instead of an interview invitation. Me and my mother already obtained our citiz. 2 y. ago. We are from russia, what terrorism? can anyone help on how to speed up the process?

did he ever report it as stolen? If he had, then he should provide a police report. If he did not and is just doing so now, they might have thought he sold it and it has already been used in something nefarious. He needs to contact an immigration attorney asap.
Did he replace the Green Card? Did he report it lost/stolen?
It's possible they think he sold the Green Card.
