In N.Y & San Diego, CA, We have "Little Italy" towns. Where do We have " Little Mexico" towns ?
Answer:
All over.
I used to work in an area called "Little Tiajuana".
It was one of the nicest places I've ever worked. At that time it
was like a village in Mexico, the church bells still rang out all the offices of the day, everybody knew everybody, no crime, two general stores that sold everything you could need from fresh food in the front, canned goods, dry goods and hardware, including plows.
It was wiped out by developers, converted to suburbia and now is a nasty place.
Well I live in Texas and in my town we have 2 "Little Mexicos" but that's just where a lot of Mexican people live... No restaurants or anything.
Ever driven thru North Carolina? Or Georgia? The fastest growing illegal populations outside of California!
In Atlanta they have Guadalajuara village - I guess that will have to do.
Try driving through any rural town in California. You will see 99% immigrants of Mexico.
