Should immigrant gang members be provided legal clemency from U.S. law?

I have been given the task in one of my college courses to fight the Yes side to this issue. I have researched for some time and find little information on it. I decided to find out what the "public's" view are on the topic. What I do know is that deportation of gang members doesn't do any good, they end up still getting back into the U.S.. In fact, when deported back to the homes countries, major numbers in recruiting of more gang members are on the increase. The gangs are growing in the home country and growing in the United States. The primary gangs of MS-13 and 18th Street gang are now strong international gangs. How do I fight for these people to be exempt from American laws?

That's positively the most absurd thing I've ever heard of. They should be destroyed, not exempt from anything.

Why would you want to fight for these so called illegal's ? They have no rights of any law in this country, unless they break the law. These so called illegal's are not only illegal, but they are invaders. Do you realize that all the illegals are also serious invaders of America? Try to defend them on the fact that they are invaders. Only when they are legal, can you give them any support and until that time, they have no rights. Treat them well and do not be cruel to them, but they need to be deported because they are INVADERS !!
No, No, No and No again. If they are here in the US, they are and must be subject to the same laws that you and I are. No one gets a pass for breaking the law, immigrant or not.
