I've heard that in China you have to pay some mafia $25000 for US tourist visa. If you pay this money then you'll get visa next day. that's what I've heard. I have no idea if it is true... may be just gossips.
If you don't want to marry her, you can ask her to apply for a tourist visa. If she is very young in her 20-35, she probably will get deny. Legal ways, it is not easy for a young chinese girl to get a visa to the usa.
