How fast can I get my passport at the Los Angeles Passport Agency?

I have an appointment on thursday, March 8th at 7 a.m. Do you think i can get my passport by March 13th? I leave on the 14th for europe. I ordered my passport 7 weeks ago and it hasnt come so they told me to go to LA to try and get it.

Applying for it is almost instantanious. Getting it through the system might be a whole different matter! I believe you can pay an expedition fee and get it prioritized!
Just make sure you have a photo ready!-they have to meet a standard!
