My husband have parents who migrated to Canada 10 years ago. Are we eligible for family sponsorship?
You can sponsor relatives or family members from abroad if they are:
your spouse, common-law or conjugal partner 16 years of age or older;
your parents or grandparents;
your dependent children, including adopted children;
children under 18 years of age whom you intend to adopt;
your brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces or grandchildren who are orphans; under the age of 18 and not married or in a common-law relationship; or
a relative of any age if you do not have an aunt, uncle or family member from the list above who you could sponsor or who is already a Canadian citizen, Indian or permanent resident.
Answer:
Unfortunately, no, your husband's parents will not be able sponsor you. You are not eligible for family sponsorship. You have to be a dependent child. I am not completely sure what the last point you are referring to means, but I know for certain that you don't qualify.
I am sorry!! Maybe you could qualify as a skilled worker? It has gotten easier the last couple of years. And having family in Canada, will give you extra points. Try out this calculator to see how many points you would get:

Good luck to you! I hope you make it!
should if they want
The short answer is: I don't know and you should probably contact the consulate or foreign office for better information. Good luck!
No you cant come here under that type of sponsorship
It really depends where you come from or how much money you have. Are they wanting to come here to work or do they have money to invest in business. Are they going to enter under the Domestic Caregiver Program? If so they can sponsor the wife to come but the rest of the family will have to wait for 4 yrs. until she is able to sponsor her husband and kids. It is an ugly way to start out here but if the family is determined to come here its probably one of the easiest and cheapest routes to go Good luck
Looks to me like you asked a question and then proceeded to answer it yourself. Contact Canadian Immigration and find out all the details or check out their website.
