Ireland. I know because my grandmother is from there.
Id say Ireland .
Australia.
certainly not London, England
A poor part of any country.
National health care and good public transportation helps.
I can tell you from experience that Ireland especially Dublin is fairly expensive. Not sure on the other 2 but i'd guess Australia would be cheaper depending on the area.
Guyana in South America or Belize in Central America.

You see, I wouldn't pay the price of surrendering my home and life here in the country where I was born, raised and brought up my own children.
To leave the splendor views of the Ozark Mountains in my home state is a price I wouldn't care to pay.
To leave the nation where I can voice my opinion and go where no one cared about anything, but the amount of money I could spend in their economy is a price too dear for me.
Besides, Europe has outrageous taxes, pay hellish sums for
gasoline, etc.
If I could live for free anywhere else, I would be paying with my current freedom which is priceless to me.
