Where for example? While many areas are 99% White, I challenge you to find any fair-sized area that is even 90% non-White. I live in the most Asian part of Manchester. It's still 45% White according to the last census. I know the census was pretty accurate in my area because I worked on it!

I must admit that I have felt a bit uncomfortable when walking in Southall in London, the people and shop signs make it hard to believe it is England, but it is very colourful and I don't mean that as a pun.
