By legal do you mean they have met all the requirements to become US citizens? Then they should be dealt with the same as any US Citizens,.
By legal, do you mean they have entered the USA legally but still are citizens of another country? Then they need to be deported back to where they came from.
Well if your an illegal immigrant than you should be deported automatically and if your not a citizen and are here legally but cant obey the law then you should be deported also. No amnesty either. And no access to social security.
Most definitely. In fact down here in South Florida we are actually holding to that, to an extent with sex offenders. I think it's great, now if as you said felonies or multiple misdemeanors for everything, that would be perfect. This should have been done years ago, to bad our government turns blind eyes to these things.

For illegal immigrants, of course they need to be deported, outrightly following the process of deportation.
For legal immigrants, it will depend to the nature of the crime. If it is a crime that they need to pay inside the country, then they must be jailed to the country they are immigrating but other crimes, they need to be deported. The problem is, once you deport a legal migrant, chances are, they will not face the charges or be virtually free back on their own countries of origin.

I think we should charge Mexico for the cost of incarcerating their prisoners. If we end NAFTA it will create less of an incentive for Mexicans to come here. NAFTA drove the price of labor down even further in Mexico and it hurt labor in this country. We need to support American Workers and American jobs and help Mexicans support themselves in their own country by restricting trade with them until they treat their workers fairly.

Yes any person who commits a crime should be deported after they serve their jail time. I know of someone who lived in America for more than 30 years and was deported for drug tafficing.His wife was Japanese but their two sons where born in the US. He was still deported.
