Some of the illegals are mistaken as Mexican because they have to travel north through Mexico to get to the US. Many of them come from further south like Guatamala, El Salvador, or other Central American countries.
Of course Mexicans aren't the only illegals. The reason so much attention is on illegal Mexicans is they are at our border.
Also, it's not a racial issue it's an ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS ISSUE vs. LEGAL IMMIGRANT ISSUE.
No they come from other places also, Ecuador for example, however they come through Mex. to get here, I think we should turn all the boat people back as well and they come from Cuba, and island Nations in the Caribbean!!!

The United States has two neighbors and one of them is a floodgate of people making illegal entry and one is not. Granted there are illegals from other countries, but they are coming into this country mostly through Mexico, but the truth is that most are of Mexican descent. It is not racial prejudice for a country to enforce the rule of law and legal process and protect its citizens from invasion whether the invasion is violent or not. Perhaps people should be completely PC and say the illegal Mexican and the handful of people from other places problem, but I think you're trying to stir up a fairly non-existant issue.
You are right about that, and there were some that were mistaken to be Mexicans because they came through the border, but were really Arabs coming to terrorize America.
Majority of Illegals are Mexican from Mexico. Our jails/prisons are full of illegals that are Mexican and this is where American tax money is going, to help keep them in the jails and prisons.
America focuses on people who are 'illegals' being the 'illegal problem'. I just think it would be a lot cheaper to send all illegals back to where they came from than keeping them here. If they want to be here in America, then they should come here legally and abide by America's laws.
No one said that All of our illegal immigrants are Mexicans, however the majority of them are. If we had millions of illegal immigrants coming from somewhere like say for example, Japan, then we would be complaining about them too. Why would it be a race thing? For you to say that it is racial prejudice is wrong. We have millions of Mexican Americans in this country and it is perfectly fine with all of us. The problem we have is that they are coming over here illegally, not because of their skin color.
All illegal immigrants aren't from Mexico. They are from every corner of the world. They are being smuggled in from Korea, China, the Middle-East, South America on down the line. Whens the last time you heard a Mexican outraged about Korean girls being smuggled in for prostitution? Not once. It's all about them, it's been all about just them from day one. And still is. They try and ride the coat-tails of blacks when there isn't a thing they have in common except a reason to "white" bash. Unfortunatly in their feeble attempt to care about others they have let their true agenda and racism shine through. Just about every advertisement for amnesty or any complaints about abuse are only Mexicans in the fields and construction. Don't see the Chinese in the sewing factories or anyone else. They are the ones who created this "race" thing but any person with half a functioning brain cell doesn't by it. They show Mexican workers and this latest one kills me with the latino motel owner and latino something else and then for good measure toss in the black construction owner. I mean please. Where's the white dude at the meat packing plant? Crying for labor. Where's the "white" clothing plant owner or landscape owner? I mean please..where's the real culprits in the mess? No...don't want to show the truth that it's CHEAP LABOR they want and it don't matter what color you are.
It's all geared towards save the Mexican. I mean LaRaza was at the table for the secret meetings..but no representation for any other group. You don't see Polish illegals carrying signs about white hate and kill the gringo or go back to Europe this is our land. Nothing from the Koreans about taking over our country. No Chinese flag flown over an inverted American flag. No Chinese screaming about how all us lazy white Americans would be running around naked if it wasn't for them. No illegal French screaming about bi-lingual education since we border a French provence in Canada and gave us the Statue of Liberty so we owe them. No Koreans asking what would those rich white women do if we didn't do their nails? No Chinese claiming we'd all be running around in dirty clothes if it weren't for their laundries. Or what would American culture be without Godzilla and Chinese take-out? Or how our rail-roads would never have been built if it wasn't for them.
They created their own racism. No one is ignoring the others..they just aren't causing all the other problems. Many came from worse places and suffered 100x's more than any sob story a Mexican can come up with. Where's their compassion for other people who aren't Mexican? I know some illegals came here for FREEDOM....not just MONEY. They're greatful to be here....not demanding more.
