You must either immigrate or find a US company willing to sponsor you for a work visa.
well you need to become a citizen of the united states no matter where you are in the US! But you have to take classes and pass a test to become a citizen so unless you want to get arrested you might want to do that and as soon as you become a citizen you can just go and look for a job you want and finally et to start working!
u can work here as long as you are here legally. there is such thing as a working visa. check it out.
