Should an illegal be able to receive welfare in the US? IT HAPPENS but no they should not be allotted any of the benefits of citizens.
No, anyone entering a contest is responsible for knowing the rules irregardless of their status.
Her problem is no social security card to report winnings over $ 500 to the IRS. No she not be rewarded when in violation of the law.
Illegal is just that.. illegal. AND don't worry she will never win this one...because... it comes attached with tax...it's called Capital Gains & Dividends Taxes ...and if nothing else old Uncle Sam is greedy...when it comes to his tax.
