If I want to immigrate what should I do?

I am 18 years old with an high school education and good grades/AP courses when I was in high school. I tried college and I did very poorly (only passed one plass) and overall I have 8 US credits for college (4 from college and 4 from high school AP classes) but I want to take some time and go back. I have held several jobs but only for periods of a few months (4-6 months). I want to immigrate to Australia for several personal reasons. Am I eligible? If so what should I do?

Answer:
You have a good chance. As long as you don't have a criminal record, an diseases that can be view as a threat to national safety (AIDS, Hepatitis, etc..), know English and have a good understanding of Australia's laws and government, then yes you have a good chance because of your age. You might visit the Australian Embassy's website to see if their is a self-assesment test just like Canada has and it can determine if you have enough points to immigrate.
you should call the Immigration center just to make sure that you are gonna do everything that you a re suppost to
You shouldn't have a hard time gain Australian citizenship.
