A rose by any other name is still a rose and so is amnesty. I would deny illegals getting SOUP, amnesty or any other consideration except deportation. Before they are deported though they should be put to work building the wall along the border for 30 days. Put them in tent camps, feed them bologna sandwiches and water, then send them home.
