I substitute teach in LAUSD and have noticed that a lot of students who are hispanic are not documented (Illegal). I was wondering if anyone knew the exact number and percentage.

The total percentage in CA is 15% so considering most illegals are in LA, I would say about probably b/t 30-50% roughly.
Please explain LAUSD, sorry I don't know what it stands for.

As far as I know about illegal immigrants, I think those schools have been having students who are children of illegal immigrants for years. I am curious about your experience teaching these students.
