I agree. Too bad there are too many liberal judges who have to ruin things for those brave cities. Il'm telling you, because of illegal aliens, we are quickly becoming a third world country.
too bad feds are making it impossible to enforce... time for a "regime change" here at home !
My thoughts are that Farmers Branch is full of racists and I think all Mexicans should move there to teach them a lesson.

how do they move there? someone must rent them a place without asking questions, arrest the landlords.
do they have an ordinance to discourage someone from robbing the banks ? when they see a bank being robbed they arrest them, dont they ? what is the problem ? just arrest them.
You sound bigoted, since you seem to think that a particular group of people bring destruction, let me ask you this, what group of people brought destruction to the Iraqis people? ? ? ? ? Care to guess? They didn't ask to be rescued either..
On last thing, I don't care how pretty Farmers Branch is, or how many McMansions they build for there pretty town, I would NEVER want to be part of that community. Cheers
What really is sad, is that it had to come to this in the first place. If the nuts in Washington would have done their jobs, citys and states across America would not have to.
The California assembly just passed a bill that would nullify such laws (we have them here too.)
I am against giving illegal immigrants any benefits besides emergency health care prior to deportation. I don't think you can keep GIVING people things and expect them to leave.
However, I have a problem with the rental part. I can see where someone who simply doesn't have a document (but is entitled to it) could be unable to have housing for months while it was resolved. They are really after the school costs and overcrowding that becomes an 'entitlement' once residence is established, and BELIEVE me I sympathize on that. I think education should NOT be free to illegals, heck, we have laws to charge for it from LEGAL visitors. However, I still have a problem with the housing issue.
Business licenses and government contracts are fair game, however.
