Can I Become A Canadian Citizen?

My dad was born in canada and has a canadian citizenship as well as a green card

he actually never lived in canada because he was born there but was adopted by american parents (my grandparents)

is it possible for me to get my canadian citizenship since im under 18 and my dads a citizen by birth

or do i have to go through all the papers and fees and live there for so long stuff
