depends where the bridge was and the citizenship of your parents.
America would say you are American if born to American parents in another country, or if you were born in America to non American parents. i dont what Canada does.
if the bridge was between America and Canada, and your parents were not American, someone would have to figure out where the border was on that bridge. i dont know what would happen if you were born right on the line.
if this happened to you, check your birth certificate, it says where you were born. i doubt it says "middle of bridge"
