What US visa is required for my employee in the Philippines so I can employ her in my office in US?

As a businesswoman, I have the E-2 Visa. I would like to employ my trusted secretary in the Philippines to administer my business in US. Although she has already the multiple visa for tourist, I want her to work legally in the USA.
