I very seriously doubt that you have any such thing,because GW Bush doesn't have the marbles to call his amnesty plan an amnesty plan. I have stacks of those stupid form letters from Bush and senators from all over the US,and they all say the same thing in one way or another when it comes to immigration,which is that our government has been bought and paid for by those in business who want to bring in a new slave class,which is all illegals are to big business. It's hard to believe that after centuries of people fighting their ways out of bondage we now have a group that wants to put on their own chains.
