If your white your going to have a hard time moving to europe, they only except colored people
Look at websites for each specific country. You won't have much luck unless you can speak the language and you have a skill that they need. You don't mention where you live now. If you live in the U.S., you'd probably have better luck trying for Australia. See link below.
