Would you emigrate if you could?
Answer:
Come to the Isle of Man lol, we have low crime and your kids can grow up and play out safely and be educated in good schools, in addition if you have been here 5 years and you have children and they want to go to university then the IOM Govt. will pay their tuition fees £3000 per annum so you don't have to, the weather is shite but apart from that I like it. Oh, yes and the higher rate of income tax is 12% and not 40% as on the mainland, so no matter what you earn you will never pay more than 12% tax, lower rate is 10%. Come and visit and see what you think.
I have immigrated from Eastern Europe to America. Now I'd like to go to Australia. Keep fingers crossed, eh?
I would not but if I had to East England
i would, given the opportunity...wanna get away from india so bad!!! TAKE ME TO SOUTH EAST ENGLAND!! lol...
no. im fine living in the US
DEFINATELY!! I will be leaving this hell hole in a couple of years, don't care where, anywhere has got to be better than this country!
(Was born in S.E. England!!) Given the choice, I'd go where the sun shines most of the year, or Arlon in Belgium coz I spent 2 years there and it was fab', lovely people!!
Yes but my ex lives there now so no unless of course he moves back then yes
well they say the grass is always greener, or seems to be. and most go by what they see on holiday, might be a bit different staying there, im in scotland and its ok.
I would love to move to Australia or New Zealand. There are downdsides to anyplace but I am tired of US politics, sticking their nose in other peoples businsee with only the US interests in mind.
I am in Florida. Sunny, beautiful, low paying jobs, high property taxes, killer home insurance, rotton public schools and hurricanes. Need I say more?
I think immigrants are vital to the future of the country. After all- most of the US population came from immigrants. The current batch always catches the heat. And heaven forbid if they don't "blend" in immediately. It always takes time. I think people are afraid of "different" and that is all.
hell yes!!! i would move to any southern state of uncle Sam's.. I'm working on it now actually just trying to find out how much money i need behind me to make the move.
I live in a remote part of Suffolk so I am isolated from many of the worst aspects of this country. I have known many people who have immigrated, mainly to France and a couple to South Africa. To find the ideal country, I would need a time machine.
Being an only child and reluctant to abandon my parents, I shall probably stay in the hope of seeing better times in England.
Im south east too, and i would emigrate tommorrow if i could. Im fed up with this country. Its cold, expensive, we are being overun by foreigners (not holidaymakers there ok!) and i just hate it. As soon as i can sell my flat (got new mortgage) im off.
Just a note to the foreingers... if this country is so bloody good why do you think the english are so desperate to get out! surely that must tell you something....
I've already been there and done that got the t-shirt and read the book.
The time I would recommend you do it is before marriage and reproduction when you are in your 20s if the country will have you that is.
australia is the best place to have fun but I guess USA especially the southern states are the best opportunity for me so I'm planning in that direction
I'm almost ready to leave the United States because there is just too many monkeys in charge here!!!
I live in Arizona in the USA. Even with all our problems with an inapt president and virtually wide open borders that invite illegal aliens.I would not wish to live anywhere else.
I have traveled to many beautiful country's,met great people and enjoyed them all.But there's no place like home to me.
I emigrated to Singapore- where the people are polite, clean, courteous and law-abaiding. Capital punishment, clean streets, council estates so safe young girls can play without fear until midnight. Society here values families, education and community.
NO clap-trap about affirmative action or asylum nonsense here- they throw those losers back out onto their rafts. And very proud of their Commonwealth heritage- without expecting a hand-out from mother England.
YES to somewhere sunny where I could keep my big cats
I am a proud British person ( no I am not of Indian origin I mean a real Brit) and no way am I going I am happy here.We should stop mass immigration now before overcrowding forces us all to wade into the sea.
I came to Turkey three years ago and no way would I return to UK
It's not a case of would for me...but rather when! I'd probably go somewhere like France or Canada.
In order of personal preference and not for making any money-(just enough to live on, that'll do me)-; Pitcairn island--Japan--Malta--Singapor... Zealand--Aden--Africa--Austral... In short, anywhere where it's H.O.T--it's GOT to be HOT! I am checking out Malta right now, with a view to emigrating there in about 3 years time.
when i look outa the window it seems like I have. its more like India here than Birmingham UK.
I'm outnumbered 10 to 1 HELPPPPPPPPPPpppppp
Two definite places....Wales then the Middle East. Wales because I want to live and learn about my family heritage; then move to the Middle East and study all the ancient history and people. Just take my time in both places.....maybe come back to the USA when I was done...lol
To Africa...But maybe that would just be like returning home.
Given the chance I would emigrate to the USA.
