but now they are not really happy and they don;t get along. because his wife is really getting on everyones nerve. she even called police on my uncle to take him to the jail only that he slapped her. anyways he is really tired of these stuffs cause he is in army and he got back, but he wants to get rid of her forever in other words can he deport her from U.S.
note-: she is not a citizen yet and she don't even have any Green card yet.

I don't think he can deport her. He can divorce her though, and he doesn't have to sponsor her to become a citizen. It's up to immigration whether or not she's deported.
