Those who owned the railroads help the Asians immigrate ~~~ they needed very cheap labor to build their railroad system.
Just like business has been aiding illegal immigrants to swamp our country for the last 50 years by guaranteeing them jobs in advance of the risk. The twist here is illegal is even cheaper than their old ways.
...and don't think for a second that politician's who are owned by the military/industrial complex of America are not totally involved in the 47% drop out rate in our school system. It's called cheap labor and these politicians congratulate themselves on our ignorant compliance.

Chinese were 'imported' like commodities by 'Robber Barons' who put them to work as cheap labor in mines and building railroads.
