Why deport me? Serious answers only.?

I came to this country when I was 10 i went to school here. i am now 23 I am a nurse I save peoples live, and i have no bad records I haven't done anything wrong, my parents brought me here, I didn't know what was going. But still i cannot get a green card. i only speak english and spanish. my family is from haiti. i dont speak their language. do you think it's fair for me to be deported when i know nothing about haiti. when i consider myself an american citizen. this is all i know, this is my country, this is where i belong. what should I do?

Answer:
I would hire a immigration lawyer and find out what you need to do to become legal. You need to start the process to become legal, there is no excuse for you not to do the right thing.
You are an American in your heart, you just need to get the paper work done.

People have a problem with people sneaking across the border, working sending the money back to Mexico.
That is not the case with you. .Get legal hun.
Get started ASAP and good luck.
Apply for citizenship. See an attorney who specializes in cases like yours.
Work on the process to become a citizen and then consider yourself an American citizen. And yes it is fair for you to be deported, there is a reason its called being an "illegal" alien. Blame your parents for not going through the process correctly.
I'm in the same situation you are except i'm Brazilian and came here when I was 5. We're out of luck man, plus this bill didn't pass so now we're really fucked. Your best bet is to find a American chick and marry her. That's what i'm trying to do..
You don't need to be deported. You sound like a good citizen.
You didn't provide enough information to warrant my honest analysis. Were you here legally? Or was it based on fake documents?
you should thank your parents for being criminals and putting you into this spot.

Then you need to thank a taxpaying citizen for the education that you have received.
Nice try. I don't know any hospital that dare to hire illegal immigrants as nurses.

However, if you are telling the truth, then you are still a criminal. You have leeched at least 10 years of education and job opportunities from god-knows-how-many US citizens.
Because you broke the law.

If what you say is correct then your parents should also be deported. You should place 100% of the blame on their shoulders since they were the ones who made that srupid decision.

Even if you are a good citizen, most illegal immigrants cost us far more in social services then they produce. Case in point would be the education you recieved at taxpayer expense. It is highly unlikely that your parents paid much towards that $100,000+ bill so consider yourself lucky to have gotten away with stealing a education.
Sounds to me like you spent all your time in getting educated but you never got enough education to tell you to go through the proper channels to become legal.

Sorry, it's not our fault.
go back to where u came from when u were 10.. and apply the correct way.. just because you are a nurse, speak english and no crimes... doesnt mean u are american.. Go back and do it the right way coming here..
check with lawiers please. Sorry they are miss treating you.
I don't think that you should be deported. Hope you get to stay, and good luck.
You need to be deported. Why haven't you actively seeked citizenship...it is easy. If you are truely educated then you would know how to do that. You are abusing our system by not paying proper taxes. You need be legal. Then I can start caring. Otherwise, Go back to where you are from. Blame your parents.
Are your parents here illegally?
If they are, then they put you in this predicament, Americans did not. If you and your family get deported, its on you and them, not us. When you go back, try and petition your government to establish diplomatic ties with the US. Try to them to be friendlier with the US. Then submit an application for a visa, and try to become a US citizen. Or, take your nursing experience to the nearest military recruiter. Maybe your qualifications could help you gain citizenship, through military service. Good luck.
Write your congressman, but you need to get the citizenship ball rolling. You are here illegally. Why can't you get a green card?
I firmly believe that America is going to be in some pretty rough shape if they deport all the illegal immigrants. I still can't wait till that day comes. We've harbored too many people for too long. We've taken care of too many countries for too long. If this is where this country believes they have to begin taking care of ourselves then by all means, we begin here with nurses.

Gto the library, find a book on Haiti and start learning about your new old country.
Apply for citizenship just like everyone else..Of course ya may have to fall into line behind 12,000,000 others soon so hurry up. Besides, how can ya be a nurse and work without proof of citizenship or a greencard or something? Every job I've ever had demanded a social security number at least to pay taxes.
Its 100% unfair, that is why i was hoping the DREAM act would pass...
This is why we NEED immigration reform, you should be the poster child. If it were up to me, you would have citizenship and the many million others who love this country.
Why do people have to be so nasty?? I don't care if you entered this country illegally on your own at the age of 23 to work towards a better life. Legal immigration is too tough on so many people. The way I see it is you have 2 choices:

1. You can see a lawyer and apply for legal status. More than likely you will get it after paying your lawyer a bundle and jumping through the many, many hoops the US government has in place.

2. You can apply for a work visa which allows you to stay in the US, and work for 11 months but you must leave the country for 1 month a year. This one sucks for you, but all of my workers who are mexican love it, because they always go home for at least a month at Christmas anyway.
Your Family is from Haiti, and you learned Spanish, not French? Sorry, I think there's more to your story then your letting on.
You're a nurse who served society somehow, maybe that can work in your favor. Find an attorney.
PS: you "ONLY speak english and spanish?" you left out your native languages, French and creole.
You are a hardworker and have a good job most Americans would envy you over. The card all these Americans keep playing is that you are here "illegaly". But you are the type of person this country needs, hardworking and dedicated. If you get deported I don't know what an ideal immigrant is and this country would be giving away a good immigrant.
Dont tell me all the craps about your life and education you got here. You should appreciate us (taxpayers) for bringing education to you. Now, you should go back to your country and serve the people over there. Frankly, there is none hospital or any health organization would hire illegal, how could you save people lives?Unless you re using fake documents; you are a criminal. stop whining! Blame that on your parents. If they tell you that they came here for a better life, then tell them to STFU! because they did not die before when they lived in Haiti-- they had lives and all the rights as Haitian citizens before. They just gave it up! your grand-parents did not die as hungers there, and there are still millions of Haitians who did not leave thier country for a better life. Your parents are among those greedy-*** who think that America is rich and money are falling down everywhere from the golden trees. They try to sneak in here and dream a better life by having unprotected sex and born babies as many as possible. To be honest, if someone jumped over my house's fences and demanded me for equallity rights and benefits among my family members, I will kill that person from the minute I saw him trespassing my property.
Sorry but it's against the law for you to be here and you should be deported.
that's what i mean, almost all undocumented immigrants are in your position, except same have been here for about 2- 5- 10 years and they are all good people.
