Are there any ways that i can change a visiting/holiday visa to a permanent citizenship if i decide to live there after visiting???
Answer:
In the USA, there is a great deal of difference between a visitor visa and a permanent visa. You can apply for a permanent visa but getting it is a whole a lot different matter.
definitely, go to the us embassy and obtain the information on applying for a green card. Then once you get it, you're good to go.
After, you can apply for residency, then citizenship.
The best thing to do, or what I did, was come on a religious/missionary visa. Once you have a church that will vouch for you here in America, then you're good to go.
This visa lasts longer and plus you have a much higher chance!
um.no. a visitor visits, then leaves. you can't just decide to stay and do so. that would make you mexican- and you certainly don't want to be that. you'll have to get in line like everyone else, or find employment that is LEGAL.
