How would an illegal alien go about legally changing his name?

Let's say if he was too far away from home to go back there. Could he do it in the US?

What are you talking about...they do change their names while they are here...everytime they steal a new ID!!!
He has No right to change his name in US...
ILLEGALS have NO right to do ANYTHING in THIS country!!
they change their name while in the USA illegally, fake papers helps them for a while until they get busted.
walk into any court house and do a name change, happens all the time.

All that matters to the government is the extra cash from filing fees.
It can't be done. Illegals are stuck doing their name changes at the park.
Go back to Mexico and think about for 20 or 30 years I'm sure by then you will come with a solution, and take about 30 or 40 of your illegal buddies with you!!!!!!!!!
