The problem is that each and everyone of the illegals are criminals. They came to this country without going through the proper process. They therefore broke the law. Now they want a job that they technically have no right for because they must be paid under the table. They have no green card/SS number, so can't be put on a payroll. Taxes don't get deducted out of their pay. This is also a crime which the IRS should be involved in. After all of that they then ask to have the right to have a VISA. How is this right?
You're taking it out of context and spinning words. People think that illegals shouldn't get amnesty for breaking our laws.

Nothing except an unregulated international labor market. That's small to some people, that's big to others. But the question is very perceptive in seeing that this largely is not about them taking over, invading, or any of that other nonsense. It is about the right to work where the jobs are anywhere in the world. If the debate were phrased in that way, it would be a much different discussion and I think much more fruitful. Good question.
Some of them, at least, are asking to be given the treatment that is supposed to belong to all human beings regardless of race or nationality as set out in the Internaitonal Charter on Human Rights.
Unfortunantly for them, the US is one of only a very few nations that refuses to sign the International Charter on Human Rights, so they're kindof screwed.
They are asking for citizenship, and all the thins that come with it like social security and welfare. Even though they are CRIMINALS they somehow feel entitled to it.
They make less money than I do, so in this socialist society, they are eligible for welfare and benefits I am not.
An illegal person gets more benefits from my country than I do.
What you see is the beginning of a plan to retake california and portions of the southern region by the mexican people. In this country all you have to do is have someone lobbying in the government and gain a foothold in this country. The illegal aliens that marched in los angeles in a peaceful demonstration in favor of immigration reform is ludicrous. How can our country allow foriegn people to lobby for laws that will allow them to enter this country more easily. They are using rights that we as citizens have and actually have more rights as they exercise rights that belong to you and I. If we exercise our rights and people do not stand to gain from them we are turned a deaf ear. Gee, wonder what is up with that. Selling out our country, one politician at a time.

Why not release all prison and jail inmates and pardon their crimes while we're at it?
Illegals are criminals. They should be deported to their country of origin and their homeland should put them in prison for fifteen years. If they're caught in this country illegally again they should be arrested, charged with a capital offense, and executed.
They are in our country illegally and want the fact that they are criminals dropped from their records. They want the right to free everything, including money from our government for social security benefits, disability benefits, etc. They want to live 15 people to a household... which, per family, is a pitance for rent. In the owner's tax bill, school taxes are not being taken for having 8 children in school. Basically, they want this country to become what they wanted in Mexico. (I say Mexico because that is where the majority of criminal illegal aliens are streaming in to this country are from.)
Why should law breakers get "permission" to stay and work in the U.S. while millions of law abiding people around the world have to wait? The illegals do NOT have the right to be here in the first place.
I am a legal immigrant myself. My family and I waited in line to get our citizenship. We had a hard life, like many immigrants. Never took handouts from the govt, just worked hard, learned English, and now we are living the American dream. Except now, I feel cheated. Why did my family have to wait in line if the illegals can get the same thing just because they broke the law? It doesn't make any sense!
I went to school with illegal immigrants and trust me, they know how to work the system. I have first hand knowledge of their lifestyle and mentality. Most want citizenship but they don't possess or desire to possess any respect or pride for the U.S. Why would anyone in their right mind want to have these types of people (criminals and law breakers who have no desire to assimilate) in our country?
Enforce our current laws!
Secure the borders!
No Amnesty!
