Terrorists don't have to be well-funded to pull something off. The Oklahoma City bombing was quite effective.
Terrorists are a small percentage of whatever ethnic or religious or ideological group they belong to, but they're like fish who swim in the sea of the larger group to which they belong. Is it a good idea to encourage immigration from Saudi Arabia just because only a small percentage of past visitors from there crashed airliners into buildings?
The present immigration bill would make it much easier for terrorists to gain legal status in the US, and to gain a greater right to privacy from government investigation. It's just stupid.

First of all they are Senators not Governors Second Mexicans make up about less than two percent of the US population and a fraction of them are in extremist organizations so I would say we are pretty safe when it comes to extreme promexican groups considering they are a miniscule number not to mention they have very very limited financial backing.They are just cowards wearing bandanas yelling because they are mad they have no power and are broke as a joke.

A democrat congressman from Texas recently noted that Al Qaeda had trainers in Mexico and that they had evidence that they were crossing the border. This should be an eye opener for everyone.
I am really not to worried about these so called revolutionary's. They need to read a little more history, and realize what happened in the last Mexico / America conflict. Maybe if these grease balls try it again we will end up with the rest of Mexico. Then we can really fix this problem.
