By breaking this law, you are a criminal. I'm sure he does pay taxes. It probably gets taken out of his paycheck just like it gets taken out of ours. Since he doesn’t have a SSN, he can’t file taxes to get his refund and at the wages he is getting paid, I sure he wouldn’t owe the feds anything.
Now to everyone else, get off his back. Unless you obey the speed limit every time you're behind the wheel, never had a taste of alcohol before the age of 21, took a puff of some illegal substance, then shut your mouths, or, here’s the one I like, ARE NATIVE AMERICAN, shut your mouths.
Immigration is a serious problem for those of us in this country, but I would like to see you to go to some country in Central America and wait 3 weeks, nevermind 9 years, for the "Process" to work it's way out. I’m not talking about 3 weeks in a posh hotel, I’m talking 3 weeks, working 60 hours a week, just to feed your family. This includes the mother, father, and kids as young as 5.
I don't fault the people coming here, I fault the corporations. Unless you slam, and I mean slam the corporations with hefty fines or criminal charges, the border will remain a revolving door.

This is the Fresh Start tactic ("I don't know why you're so intent on dwelling on the past" and "Look, what's past is past, If you'll overlook your I'm illegal and we'll start afresh") - this is an abdication of responsibility by you and an attempt to divert and distract attention by using false conciliation. Imagine if this line of defence were available to all criminals ("Look I know I've just murdered 12 people but that's all in the past, we can't change the past, let's put it behind us, concentrate on the future so we can all get on with our lives" - this would do wonders for prison overcrowding).
1. u are illegal.. enough reason in itself to send u home. 2. u are learning the "language".. ur question has so many mistakes in it, u can't be learning very much. 3. how can u be teaching poor children to write plays when u can't even write proper English, spell it right and it make senses. If u are illegal, u aren't paying income taxes on ur earnings.. U may be paying taxes on the things u buy but not on earnings. (and nobody believes u do so stop trying to justify why u are here and that u contribute to society).. Basically put..illegal is a criminal..
