You need to register your opinion. Given that they are talking about 'fruit baskets and flags' being sent to Congress I highly suspect industry is funding this. However, citizens need to be counted to counter that. Will you call your Senator?

Flags and fruit baskets. LMAO. Watching CSPAN2 today is like watching a group of 3 year olds fighting over a cookie so the fruit baskets are probably appropriate.
I sent my 2 elected idjits a very direct and blunt email basically telling them that if they vote for this travesty that I'll work to vote them out to the street. The citizens in this state are REALLY POed over this. So the Pros can continue sending their goodies. I'm speaking to my 2 with a club in my hand.

I have been trying to call for days now and either get busy signal or mail box is full. I am watching them on TV and do not think they really care what we have to say. Lobbyists are doing all the talking.
None of "them" are going to report the truth in who is calling. They have their agenda – Anti-Amnesty supporters will be made to look like a minority to justify the wholesale annihilation of the American middle class.
However - stay on their @ss, if enough of us keep brining up the next American revolution, they might remember what happened to the so-called “elite” during the French revolution and sell-out the frickin’ lobbyists instead.
The uptick would be activist who more than likely are not legal US citizens and thus their voice should not be considered especially over US citizens. The senators also mix in people who say they want something done with people who support this bill. I want something done (border security) but do not support this bill.
Unlike the pro bill callers. We know this isn't American Idle where you are allowed to place as many calls as you like to vote for ones favorite to stay in the show.
Real Americans know that calling, or contacting each of our representatives in the Senate, and Congress usually takes care of the voting process. Because real Americans don't abuse the election process either by voting under many names, addresses, cities, and states. When real Americans go to the voting polls, real Americans vote once, and once only.
I'll register my opinion. But I know where my state reps stand on the issue. And they stand with the American people.
One more thing. Real Americans don't have to BRIBE our representatives to represent us. And those that do, don't realize that technically it's against the law to BRIBE, or Coerce politicians for a favorable vote.
Jeez, if the illegals, and their supporters would put forth this much effort in Mexico... I can imagine them not having to come to the U.S., and being self sustainable.
I e-mailed my senators twice and my congresswoman once. I agree with soft. Half the time my favorite congresswoman, Loretta chimes in. You heard a citycouncilwoman in Applevalley got for voting when she was only a legal resident. Our system is so broken that Non Citizens get away with not only voting but running for public office. Her excuse was that she was in AMerica for a long time and the immigration process was so complicated that she didn't know she was a citizen or not. THe liberal press wanted us to feel sympathy for her being tried for deportation.
