It does to me. As far as I'm concerned it's teaching them that laws don't matter... if people just break the law and go screaming and demanding and crying racism for everything they don't like it ,gives you a free pass.

My youngest says her friends say it just proves the whole things a joke and has no faith in our government at all anymore. Laws were ment to be broken not abided by or enforced unless the state needs revenue to collect..
