Your wife and 2 children should be able to get a EU passport, if they don't already have one, so will have no problems travelling to Germany.
You will need to get a visa to go to Germany. If you are just going on holiday you will need a Schengen visa. If you are planning on relocating you might be able to get a family reunion visa. Hope this is the answer you were looking for as half your question seems to be missing!
