Study in USA ?

I have a friend who can really help me in money and lodging in usa (MO), and i wanna go to study there, can fees become less

Answer:
The fees and tuition of the school are going to be the same, but you will save money because you won't have to rent a room and your friend will give you money. So your living expenses can be less.
Unfortunately, every school or county has a set amount of money that international students have to pay - as that is what you will be considered ( with an F1 Visa). The only way to pay less would be to say choose a community college over a university.

But whichever one you choose, you will be paying international student fees.
You can save a lot of the actual expense if you have a friend who can provide you a place to stay and eat at home. You cannot save any tuition fee, and need to pay almost double of a local student.
The FEE that you need to show in order to get the F1 Visa is still the same. They use a standard expenses. You need to show proof that you have enough money to pay for your expenses (the expenses are caculated in a standard method. you cannot tell the officer you will spend less.)
